Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>Polyon data set showing the parking in Monongalia County WV. Parking area does not include island area wihich are landscaped or have a rock base. Does include other concrete islands. Does not include areas such as food or bank drive throughs, or areas which are meant for short term (less than15 min) parking such as grocery pick up and clearly demarcated. The 2020 aerial is used to define all parking lot areas for shapefile consistency. Other aerials have only been used for minor corrections when shadows obstruct the aerial view of the parking structure. All parking lots are an accurate count unless otherwise stated (see park_est and comments in the attributes table). </span></p><p><span>Parking areas within the City of Morgantown digitized by Veronica Balcer, GIS Intern for the City of Morgantown, fall 2021.</span></p></div></div></div>
